Not only are we celebrating 25 years as an organization, but it's also time for The Amazing Give -- North central Florida's biggest fundraising day for area nonprofits--April 24th, 8am to 8pm! Laurie Trenholm, Puppy Hill Farm Animal Rescue's founder and past Executive Director for 23 years, is challenging long-term (and new!) supporters to match her $500 during The Amazing Give (April 24th), 8am to 9am. Help us continue our life-saving efforts for another 25 years!

We’re holding another giant yard and plant sale at the Melrose Adoption Center, 8714 State Road 21, on Saturday April 12 from 8am to 2pm. And man, do we have stuff! Seasonal, collectibles, furniture, small appliances, pictures and frames, housewares and glassware, pet supplies, kid stuff, books, and more. All proceeds benefit our adoption program so come out and get some good stuff before it’s gone. And if you can help set up on Friday or break down on Saturday afternoon, call or text Freddie at 352-870-5139.

May Dog of the Month - HONEY

Honey is a 6-year-old Hound/Bully mix who has been bounced around and spent too much time in shelter and rescue situations. She is tired of living the kennel life and desperately wants to have a human or several to call her own. She adores people, loves going for car rides and walks, and snuggling. She needs to be the only pet in the home. She is one of our longest-term dogs and needs your help to live her best life! Honey’s adoption comes with a dog bed, a big bag of food, collar and leash, food bowls, and post-adoption training support if needed.

There is no adoption fee for pets of the month because the adoptions are sponsored by Rush and Frisco Law. Thanks Rush & Frisco!
